About Tanya

Seattle Roots. New York Experience.

A Seattle native with deep New York City experience — and a deep love for this market.

I grew up in Seattle as the daughter of an architect — which means I've been thinking about spaces, neighborhoods, and what makes a home feel right since I was a kid. I played soccer on Capitol Hill, went to school here, worked in neighborhood shops. This city is in my bones.

After college I moved to New York City, where I built an interior design and real estate career and spent years working across Manhattan and Brooklyn. I developed a sharp eye for what makes a space work — and what makes it feel like home. I got my training in New York and learned to move fast in one of the most competitive markets in the world.

Now I'm in Madison Park, raising my teenager here, and doing the work I love in the city I've always loved. Whether you're buying your first place, downsizing after decades, relocating to Seattle, or somewhere in between — I know this is a big moment. I'll be right there with you.

How I Work

What You Can Expect From Me

Honesty First

I'll tell you when a price is too high, when a home has issues, and when to walk away. You deserve a straight answer — not a sale.

Sharp Eye

Growing up around architecture and spending decades in New York means I see potential others miss — and I know how to present a home so buyers see it too.

Full Presence

I don't hand you off to an assistant. When you work with me, you get me — available, responsive, and invested in your outcome.

Let's Find Your Next Home.

Or sell the one you're in. Either way, I'd love to start with a conversation.
